  • Can I order online and pick up in-store?

    Yes,  all products can be ordered online for collection,  Orders are ready to collect the next morning, Please give us a call if you need your order sooner.

  • What payment options do you have?

    Payment is via secure checking using debit/credit card or Apple/GPay.  Clearpay will be added shortly.

  • Do you offer same-day delivery?

    Yes we do!  You can order on Delivroo during our opening hours for same day delivery dependant on courier availability.

  • How long do I have to return a product?

    Products must be returned within 7 days and in their original, unopened condition.  Due to the natural nature of our products we do not accept returns for broken treats,  This does not affect their quality and they can get broken during transport.

  • Which courier do you use?

    All orders are despatched within 48 working hours of payment via Royal Mail Tracked 48.  You will receive an email from Royal Mail where you can track your order.

  • Do you sell Rawhide?

    This is the Bigger for any dog treat company and our reply is Yes, however there is one HUGE but to this,  our Rawhide is natural and most importantly safe.  Hide is skin,  Rawhide is Raw skin,  this product is not processed, filled with chemicals, bleached or packed with preservatives,  The skin we sell is also from top quality cattle and always the best layer.  We love to educate our customers about Rawhide.  Rawhide that is dangerous is generally from Asian cattle, is the poor quality layers of skin,  is packed with chemicals, glue and bleached.  This is the hide that will cost you a vet visit and it's easily hidden on the packaging due to lazy laws around pet food packaging.  Purchase any skin from us and we guarantee you will receieve a natural, safe product that is healthy for your pet. 

  • Why are your prices so low?

    We have purchased from the same supplier for many years,  they give us loyalty discounts and we pass them on to you.  It's as simple as that.  

  • How are your products made?

    Our products  go through different processes to bring them to you,  some are air dried, some air puffed,  some are gently heated to kill certain bacteria's and some are dehydrated.  Products containing bones are never cooked, this is dangerous.  Whichever process is used we guarantee that any additives used are 100% natural and only when necessary,  all of our products are free from preservatives, colours, artificial flavours and contain no nasties at all. 

  • Why does it look like your stock is always low?

    We receive deliveries 3/4 times per month,  this means our stock levels stay lower but our products stay at peak freshness as they are not hanging around a stock room.
